Catonsville Emergency Assistance serves greater Catonsville residents with emergency food, eviction prevention, utility assistance and service referrals. We are located at 23 Bloomsbury Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228. We are open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to serve clients by appointment and to receive donations. Please note that CEA is not currently accepting food donations as we prepare for construction of a new facility.  We remain committed to serving our neighbors in need and welcome your monetary support via our website.
